An ADU Walkthrough

Meet Siena and Ali, the designer and project manager behind our newest design-build. This week, they took the Workbench team on a walk-through of their completed project, a compact ADU (accessory dwelling unit) designed and built for a Santa Cruz family.

Converted from the homeowner’s existing garage, this new ADU fits a full kitchen, flexible living space, and modern bath into a compact and light-filled space.
