Lily Of The Valley

A neighborhood church in Oakland imagined its existing parking lot becoming needed housing. Workbench and the New Way Homes provided the expertise and development funding to launch this project which integrates 8-multi-family studios onto the church site, creating a new resource to meet needs within the community.
