ADU Projects

Workbench has years of experience designing and building ADUs in our area. From garage conversion to complete predesigned ADU programs for municipalities, we have the designers and police experts to keep current on this valuable strategy for creating housing and building value. We’ve learned countless strategies and keep current on changing regulations and guidelines. Through the process we’ve created our own Predesigned ADUs and offer them as a way to fast-track ADU projects. Below is some our custom work and work from our own predesigns.
