Coastal Havens

Located on 6.7 acres within the City of Santa Cruz, this micro-neighborhood and working farm provides affordable housing for developmentally disabled members of the community. To create this, Workbench constructed nine new ground-up single family homes, as well as a full renovation of an existing home and new ADU.
