Monterey Herald Reports On Seaside Predesigned ADU Program

This visionary initiative will offer residents a side-by-side comparison of two new Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) built on city-owned residential properties. Once the project is complete, the City of Seaside intends to make the Workbench-designed plans available, free of charge, to any Seaside homeowner for their use.
