Collaborating with each community

Our team collaborated with each community to determine which architectural styles and configurations best satisfy the variety of climates, styles and parcel sizes across all four cities.

The final plans, in addition to containing a range of sizes, contain designed-in options and flexibility to allow for a range of community needs. Homeowners have the opportunity to express their own style by choosing different exterior forms, materials and colors along with the interior finishes. To aid them in personalizing, we also provided finish material style guides.
